How does all of this work?
Creating your own custom Ramenbox is simple:

  1. 1. Pick a Ramenbox size that will suit your needs.
  2. 2. Browse the site and fill up your Ramenbox with as much delicious ramen as can fit.
  3. 3. Checkout and enjoy!
What are slots?
Slots are used to determine how much ramen you can fit in your Ramenbox. For instance, a Ramenbox with 20 slots available has the ability to hold twenty 1-slot ramen (20 x 1 = 20). OR it can hold ten 2-slot ramen (10 x 2 = 20). OR six 3-slot ramen and one 2-slot ramen (6 x 3 + 2 = 20). The great thing about Ramenbox is that it allows you to mix and match every different type of ramen on the site, as long as everything fits within the allotted amount of slots. If you need more slots, there are ways to earn free slots or simply choose a bigger box.
How do I earn free slots?
There are many ways to earn free slots on Ramenbox.com. By writing reviews, submitting pictures, videos, enlisting in our You've-Got-Ramen subscription service, etc. You can check out our Earn Free Slots Program here.
What exactly am I getting with my Ramenbox?
Each Ramenbox will include all the ramen that you selected off the website as well as everything you need to start slurping: Ramenbox branded disposable chopsticks, napkins, extra sauce packets, and most likely, free samples of ramen.
Isn't instant ramen unhealthy for you?
You will be surprised to know that a serving of instant ramen has about as much sodium as Campbell's Chicken Noodle Soup. But lets face it, no matter how you spin it, instant ramen is and always will be a comfort food. However, instant noodles have come a long way from the days of Top Ramen and Cup O Noodles. On Ramenbox.com, you will even find instant ramen that are low-sodium, MSG-free, and air dried instead of fried (which reduces the caloric content dramatically). In addition, some of our products offer health benefits such as lycopene in our WuMu Spicy Tomato Ramen, or antioxidants in our Paldo Green Tea Chlorella Ramen, or real aged garlic in our SF Curly Pasta Aged Black Garlic Ramen.
Can I order more than one Ramenbox at a time?
Yes. Our custom designed shopping cart is designed to handle multiple Ramenboxes and allows you to fill any Ramenbox with any ramen at anytime. You also have the ability to delete, add, or modify any ramen in any box, provided there are enough available slots.
Are Ramenboxes environmentally friendly?
YES. Ramenboxes are made from 100% recycled paper.
Where do I put my Ramenbox?
Ramenboxes are designed to be left out on your countertop for easy access and presentation or can be stored in the pantry. The Ramenbox brand is an indicator of ramen knowledge and appreciation and is a great conversation starter that can be shared with your friends, classmates, or coworkers.
Wait, you forgot to charge me sales tax on my Ramenbox?
Fortunately for our customers, instant ramen is recognized as a dry good, and we are not required to charge sales tax on Ramenboxes.
How will I receive my Ramenbox?
Ramenbox.com offers Ground shipping through Fedex. FedEx delivers M-F. We do NOT ship to PO boxes. Note: If you are in a college or university housing facility, you may have a central package pickup location. You may be required to pick up your Ramenbox at a desk or mail center. Please allow 24-48 hours to process your order. Unfortunately, because of the high shipping costs, we currently do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.
I don't have a stove or hotplate in my dorm or apartment, how do I cook the ramen?
Half of our customers don't have access to a stove or hotplate because they live in dorms or some kind of university housing. There are two alternatives that work just as well, if not better: microwaves and hot water heaters. For microwaves, simply add ramen, seasoning packets, and water into a bowl, heat and enjoy. For hot water heaters, simply add hot water to the bowl, cover, and enjoy.
What if I need to return some or all of my ramen?
All Ramenboxes come with our Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your Ramenbox, simply contact us within 30 days of receipt of the product and we will exchange the product or issue a credit, less shipping and handling.
What kind of payments are accepted?
Currently, we accept Visa and Mastercard.
